Isisz - Hi-Temp Bearing range
The Isisz range of high temperature bearings provide a high quality solution to applications which are normally beyond the range of standard bearing products. The high temperature range includes equivalents to the SNR and SKF ranges but with quick availability and strong performance characteristics.

- For temperatures of up to 270ºC.
- 52100 (100Cr6) bearing steel construction with heat stabilisation
- Increased radial clearance.
- Manganese phosphate on all surfaces
- Molybdenum disulphide coating
- Klüber grease lubrication

Recommended use
- Temperatures of up to 270ºC.
- Low rotation speed: Max 100 revs per minute.
- Easy maintenance installations.
- In areas where dirt is not excessive and where frequent maintenance can be carried out (re-lubrication).
- Maximum load permitted: 75% of the nominal load at maximum temperature.
- Average maximum humidity level: 65%.
270-ZZ 6000, 6200 and 6300 series (SNR F600, SKF VA208)
Features
- Maintenance-free ball bearings.
- Construction in C6 stabilised steel.
- Increased radial clearance.
- Manganese phosphate on all surfaces.
- Grease with KLUBER BARRIETA LT55/2.
- Ball bearings with ZZ protection.
Recommended use
- Temperatures of up to 270ºC
- Medium rotation speed: maximum 1.000 revs per minute
- Maximum permitted load: 75% of the nominal load at the maximum permitted temperature.
- Installations where maintenance is difficult.
- Ideal in installations where cleanliness is obligatory. Bearing grease is white in colour and periodical re-lubrication is not necessary.
- Medium high level of atmospheric humidity: maximum 70%.
330-Open 6000, 6200 and 6300 series
Features
- 52100 (100Cr6) bearing steel construction with heat stabilisation
- Increased radial clearance.
- Manganese phosphate on all surfaces.
- Greased with Klüber WOLFRASIM ULAF 60.
Recommended use
- High temperatures of up to 330ºC.
- Low rotation speed: max. 50 revs per minute.
- Easy maintenance installations.
- Maximum permitted load: 65% of nominal load at the maximum permitted temperature.
- Low humidity level: maximum 60%.
- Greased with Klüber WORFRASIM ULAF which require periodical lubrication in all cases with respect to the severity of the application.
330-ZZ 6000, 6200 and 6300 series (SNR F604, close to SKF VA228)

- Increased radial clearance.

- Greased with Klüber WOLFRASIM ULAF 60.
- Ball bearings with ZZ shield protection.
