The UNASIS range of high temperature bearings provide a high quality solution to applications which are normally beyond the range of standard bearing products.



UNASIS continues to prove itself within the specialist bearing market and is quickly becoming the 'go-to' brand for high temperature bearings. This range includes equivalents to the SNR and SKF ranges but with quick availability and outstanding performance characteristics. These bearings are Made in Europe and have been developed to be the most effective, yet cost efficient, option for high temperature applications.

Sealing Options

All of our Sealed Bearings are supplied lubricated for life. Seals and shields add greater protection against contaminations that may enter the bearing. Their protection should last the bearing’s life, reducing replacement costs and risk of breakdowns.

Manganese Phosphate

Most High Temperature Bearings from the UNASIS range are provided with a Manganese Phosphate coating, offering enhanced corrosion resistance. 

Metal Cage

All UNASIS High Temperature Bearings have metal ribbon cages, which are better suited to oscillating loads and vibration, on top of their ability to withstand higher temperatures.

Special Clearance

Every UNASIS High Temperature Bearing has a specifically adapted radial internal clearance, increased to accommodate the bearing operating temperature range.

Special Lubricants

Lubricants are carefully selected to adapt to each temperature range for optimal performance. Lubricants can often be adversely affected by high temperatures, causing the grease to dissipate, evaporate or carbonize. The lubricants chosen for UNASIS High Temperature Bearings are not affected in this way.
