Cam Follower Bearings
Carter Manufacturing Ltd offers a full line of Carter Cam Follower bearings.
The inner and outer races on Carter Cam Followers are of high carbon chrome bearing steel, through hardened and ground. The studs are of low carbon alloy steel, carburized and differentially hardened. They have a zone hardened raceway leaving the shank end ductile to permit drilling or other alterations. The needle rollers are of high carbon chrome bearing steel, through-hardened, ground and lapped.
The Carter Cam Follower ranges are designed to be fully interchangeable with those from other bearing manufacturers.
