Full Ceramic & Hybrid Bearings
Fully ceramic and hybrid bearings offer many advantages over standard bearings. A ball bearing constructed entirely of ceramic material. Inner/outer races and balls are made of either Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) or Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2).

We offer Options on the type of ceramic material the races are produced from giving the utmost flexibility in design. Numerous cage/retainer constructions are available to suit specific requirements: ceramic, steel or composite materials such as PEEK, Vespel, PTFE full complement versions without cages are available for your heavily radial loaded applications. Seals to suit the many difficult environments, rubber, Viton, PTFE, metal or PEEK
