  • Operational Temperature Range: -150°F to +250°F (-101.11°C to 121.11°C) 
  • Stainless steel bearings may be required for subzero temperatures

CSL450

  • Operational Temperature Range: 250°F to 450°F (121.11°C to 232.22°C)
  • Increased clearance (C4) may be required for temperatures above 350°F (176.67°C)

CSL660

  • Operational Temperature Range: 450°F to 660°F (232.22°C to 348.89°C)
  • Increased clearance (C4) may be required for temperatures above 350°F (176.67°C) along with heat stabilized bearings at temperatures above 450°F (232.22°C)
  • Can handle momentary flash up to 1200°F (648°C) with very slow degradation over time.

Product Details

This is Cobra Solid Lubricant baseline of products and sets the bar for its incredible advantages. The solid lubricant allows the bearing to spin free regardless of the temperature. Therefore, it is perfect for many idler, packaging, food and radiation applications. It is also well suited for assembly lines and conveyor applications including paint and powder coat lines. This product range is NSF H-1 certified.

 

The CSL solid lubrication range are dry and will not attract contamination. They will not expel or drip lubrication in application. They do not flash or burn off if temporarily exposed to a direct flame. They also do not degrade or wash out when utilized in applications with water, steam, mild acids or mild alkalis.
