  • Operational Temperature Range: 250°F to 450°F (121.11°C to 232.22°C)
  • Increased clearance (C4) may be required for temperatures above 350°F (176.67°C) along with heat stabilized bearings at temperatures above 450°F (232.22°C)

CSL660V

  • Designed for vacuum application extreme high temperatures
  • Operational Temperature Range: 450°F to 660°F ( 232.22°C to 348.88°C)
  • Increased clearance (C4) may be required for temperatures above 350°F (176.67°C) along with heat stabilized bearings at temperatures above 450°F (232.22°C)
  • Can handle momentary flash up to 1200°F (648°C) with very slow degradation over time.


Product Details

This bearing is vacuum compatible as it has very low out-gassing properties. It offers low torque with liquid-free lubrication ideal for UHV designs. It uses molybdenum disulphide as the base lubricant instead of graphite which provides excellent performance in ultra-high vacuum systems. As with all other cobra solid lubrication products, the lubrication is dry and will not attract contaminants nor will it drip or fling lubricant. The vacuum series lubrication will spin effortlessly regardless of temperature.
