The Process

The UNASIS Bushing Extractor Tool was developed for back-to-back bushings located within engine mounts. The kit was originally designed to suit CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B, LEAP 1A, LEAP 1B, and V2500 engine mounts but can be easily customized to suit any application. The tool kit is ergonomic and interchangeable to simply extract bushings when conventional methods are not sufficient. The extractor tool locates within the bushing inner diameter and latches on using our proprietary technology. Colinnear bushings can be touching and our tool will still find a way.
