THE PROCESS

The Portable Cutter Tool is used to cut either the v-groove of a bearing, retention sleeve or v-groove of a housing. The process cuts a relief on the lip so it is able to be pressed out without damaging the housing. The portable bearing cutting tool is engineered with a spring applying force on the cutter teeth so the operator does not control this force. This will ensure longevity of use and minimize any expensive operational errors causing damage to the cutter teeth.
